Programs & Services

Our programs blend mindful practices and ethically managed digital tools to support attention, rest and emotional balance. Drawing on Uzbekistan's Tian Shan mountains, Charvak Lake, the Kyzylkum desert and tugai forests, we design low-impact immersions and repeatable routines that help participants recover from digital overload and cultivate sustained wellbeing.

Each program is accompanied by clear consent flows for optional wellness data, including non-invasive brainwave summaries, session logs and voluntary GPS trails for guided routes. Participation is educational and supportive; programs are not medical treatments.

Guided mindful walk in mountain landscape

Core program tracks

Tian Shan Focus Retreat

Multi-day immersion with attention retraining exercises, short guided cognitive practices and mindful mapping of mountain trails. Optional lightweight EEG summaries available with explicit consent to reflect on session trends.

Charvak Lake Rest Protocol

Short restorative sessions designed to reset circadian habits and breathing rhythms using tranquil lake-side practices, journaling prompts and guided soundscapes. No physiological scans required unless you opt in.

Tugai Forest Mindful Walks

Low-impact guided forest routes to cultivate sustained attention and curiosity. Participants may choose to share GPS routes to support community-sourced waypoints and conservation notes.

Kyzylkum Desert Contemplation

Day programs that use minimalist movement and breath practices to reduce cognitive load and strengthen resilience to digital distractions. Emphasis on safety and environmental respect for arid zones.

Digital Wellbeing Coaching

Personalized weekly coaching with simple behavior experiments, digital diet guidance and progress tracking. Users can opt into anonymized trend reporting to improve program design.

Community Circles

Moderated peer groups to share observations, low-stakes reflections and route notes. Community content remains owned by you; posting grants the platform a limited license to operate and display contributions.

EEA residents receive GDPR-aligned rights including access, rectification, erasure and portability. We do not sell personal data. Anonymized research aggregates may be used to improve programs and published with all personal identifiers removed. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Consent-first enrollment and granular controls for sensors and GPS sharing.
Retention policies linked to program needs; anonymization for long-term research.
