2. Acceptance and Eligibility

• By accessing or using our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
• Users must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 16 you may not register or provide personal data. We remove accounts of minors on notice as required by applicable law.
• Accounts require accurate contact information. You remain responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials.

3. Services and No Medical Advice

Our platform offers guided nature immersion, mindfulness programs, trail mapping, wellness tracking and brainwave analytics designed to support digital wellbeing. Content is educational and supportive; it is not medical, diagnostic or a substitute for professional healthcare. Always consult a qualified health professional for medical concerns. We disclaim any medical claims for our programs.

4. User Content & License

You retain ownership of content you post (posts, photos, trail notes). By posting you grant BrainBestLifeLab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, modify and display the content to operate and promote the service. You represent that you have rights to post the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

• All site content, trademarks and platform designs belong to BrainBestLifeLab or licensors and are protected by law.
• Unauthorized use of our marks, logos or copyrighted material is prohibited and will be enforced to the fullest extent.

6. Privacy and Data

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You consent to processing described there, including wellness tracking, GPS trails and analytics where you provide consent. For EEA residents, GDPR rights and safeguards are provided as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Do not use the platform to upload illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or infringing content. Harassment, doxxing, or attempts to harm other users are prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrainBestLifeLab provides services "as is" and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for outcomes of outdoor activities, personal injuries, or misuse of wellness analytics. You assume all risk associated with participation in nature activities or following program guidance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, BrainBestLifeLab's aggregate liability for direct damages arising from these Terms will not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrainBestLifeLab and its affiliates from claims, damages or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your content posted on the platform.

11. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, illegal activity, or safety concerns. On termination your license to use the service ends. We may retain copies of user content as required to comply with legal obligations and our retention policies.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform and by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
